This view is displayed on most summaries pages inside the Adaptive Administrator. Some sections – such as the “Config > Config” – have additional functionality, this is described on the wiki page for these sections.

| Hits per page | Number of elements to be shown per page. |
| Search/Filter | Search/ filter elements to be displayed. What to look for can be selected in the dropdown menu “Search on…”. |
| Clear filter | Clear filter and display full list of content for this section. |
| Import | Import theme definition from a previously exported JSON file. |
| Export | Export theme definition (not the data itself) to JSON file/files. In cases of multiple files a zip folder will be created. |
| Add | Add a new element. |
| Edit | Edit the selected element. |
| Clone | Clone the selected element. |
| Delete | Delete the selected element. |
