Polygon with angled hatching and outline

Here, two styles are defined.

The first creates the hatching (Symbol) and gives it a fill color (Fill color), plus defines the width of the hatching lines (Width) and the amount of space between the lines (Symbol size). In addition, a column containing characteristics (numbers, degrees) is defined, which in turn decides the angle of the hatching (Angle). In the example we’re using a column called “objectID” (this just serves as an example). Auto means that each surface will get a differently angled hatching. Alternately, a fixed angle may be set.

The second style setting is used to specify a color (Outline color) and width (Width) for the outer stroke.
